Who we are
Framelift Studio is a trade name of Isteno SIA, a company registered in Latvia under registration no. 40203532522, VAT no. LV40203532522, at Pūces iela 49-53C, Rīga, LV-1082, Latvia. You can reach us at hello@frameliftstudio.com. In these terms "we" means Isteno SIA and "you" means the business that orders from us.
Who these terms are for
Our services are for businesses. By paying for a service you confirm that you are ordering for a business, not as a consumer.
Photo packs
- We enhance every photo of one property that you send us or that is published on your website or listing.
- As a bonus, we make a 25 to 40 second walk-through video from the enhanced photos.
- We deliver by private download link within 48 hours of receiving your payment.
- One round of revisions is included if you ask for it within 14 days of delivery.
Video ads
- We deliver three new 9:16 video ads every week, twelve per paid month, by private download link.
- You upload and run the ads yourself. Your ad account, budget, targeting and results stay with you.
- Before you run an ad, check it. You are responsible for the ads you publish and for following Meta's advertising policies.
What we change and what we don't
In photos we change only the photography: light, exposure, colour, white balance, clarity, detail, noise and haze. We do not add, remove or move furniture or objects, change views, walls, floors or finishes, make spaces look bigger, or replace skies. In ads, every offer, price, phone number and claim comes from you or from your own public material; we do not invent facts, reviews or results.
Your material
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, footage, logos and information you give us or that we take, for this work, from your own website, listings and ads. You keep all rights in your own material.
Prices and payment
- A photo pack costs USD 99 (EUR 99) per property, paid in full before we start.
- Video ads cost USD 499 (EUR 499) per month, paid monthly in advance by card. The subscription renews each month until you cancel.
- Prices exclude VAT. We add VAT where it applies. For business customers in another EU country with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
Cancelling
You can cancel video ads at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@frameliftstudio.com. We stop the next charge. The ads for the month you have already paid for are still delivered, and you keep everything delivered.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver a photo pack you paid for, we refund it in full. If we cannot deliver the ads for a month you paid for, we refund the part we did not deliver.
Use of the delivered files
Once you have paid, you may use the delivered files without limit of time or place, for your business: on listing sites, your website, social media, ads and print. We do not show your files in our own marketing without your written permission.
A free founding pack carries the same rights to use the delivered files, free of charge.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss, including lost bookings, revenue or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes go to the courts of Latvia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you pay applies to that order.
